By order dated February 6, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Package Accession No. ML24354A200), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) modified Renewed Facility Operating License No. R-88 for the Kansas State Nuclear Reactor such that it has no fixed term. Accordingly, the NRC is issuing the enclosed Amendment No. 18 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. R-88 to reflect that modification.

Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A are hereby incorporated in the license. The licensee shall operate the facility in accordance with the Technical Specifications.
