CEII Designation Form Nuclear Regulatory Commission Atomic Licensing Safety Board (6 documents) - received 10/25/2024 Prior to sharing Critical Electric/Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) with a third party, the CEII Coordinator must determine whether to designate the information as CEII. CEII Coordinator Determination Date 1 Under the Fast Act, CEII is critical electric infrastructure information other than classified national security information. For questions regarding information that could potentially pose a threat to national security (e.g. Confidential, Secret, or Top Secret), staff should contact Security and Safety Division SAS_securityandsafety@ferc.gov, who will consult DOEs Classification Department for proper designation.
