As requested by your letter dated December 30, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML20365A018), as supplemented on April 29, 2021, December 9, 2022, and September 20, 2023, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
No. 9382, Revision No. 0, for the Model Nos. TN Eagle LC and TN Eagle SC transportation packages. The staff's safety evaluation report is also enclosed.
TN Americas LLC is registered as a user of the package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 71.17, General license:
NRC-approved package, or 49 CFR Section 173.471, Requirements for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission approved packages. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.
