By letter dated December 30, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
{ADAMS} Accession No. ML20365A018), as supplemented on April 29, 2021 (ADAMS Accession No. ML21119A307), TN Americas LLC submitted an application for a certificate of compliance for the Model Nos. TN Eagle-STC SC and TN Eagle-STC LC spent fuel packages.
In connection with our review, we need the information identified in the enclosures to this letter.
The request for additional information requested in this letter should be submitted in the form of revised safety analysis report pages. Please provide your response by September 2, 2022.
