UUSA License Amendment Request LAR 23-01, Elimination of IROFS50a, b, c, d, e, h, i, and j In accordance with 10 CFR 70.34, Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA),

hereby requests NRC approval of an amendment to the materials license SNM-2010 to approve revisions to the UUSA Safety Analysis Report (SAR) and UUSA Integrated Safety Analysis Summary (ISAS). provides the background and basis for approval. This change eliminates IROFS for vehicle impacts and fires associated with construction activities. This is based on revised calculations and accident scenarios. Enclosures 2 and 3 include the marked up version of the proposed ISAS and SAR. Revision bars, strikethroughs, and underlines were utilized.
