U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION Page 2 of A clarification call was held on April 5, 2023, between Holtec and NRC staff. NRC staff requested clarifications to changes made by Holtec to the TR that were not associated with the RAI. The attached enclosure to this conversation record includes a summary of the discussion between Holtec and NRC staff. In addition, Holtec provided a description of the changes between Rev. 2 and Rev. 3 of the TR (note the description of changes will be placed in ADAMS, which will be part of the ADAMS package for this conversation record).
Any correspondence or transmittal of revised versions of the TR should include the following:
