U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION Page 2 of A clarification call was held on September 16, 2021, with Holtec staff. NRC staff discussed the response that Holtec provided to RSI-5. In addition, NRC staff provided an example qualification report (attached) to facilitate the discussion.
Holtec responded accordingly below and agreed to provide the following supplemental informaton:
- Revise the response to RSI-5 to include an updated Appendix D including information similar to the example provided by NRC staff.
Any correspondence or transmittal of supplemental information should include the following:
