TMl-2 Letter TMl2-RA-COR-2022-0015 from M. Lackey (TMl-2 Solutions, LLC) to NRC, "TMl-2 Materials Security Plan Scope of Activities," dated 9 June 2022 Reference 1 provided a description of the TMl-2 Materials Security Plan. SECURITY-RELATED INFORMATION WITHHOLD FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE UNDER 10 CFR 2.390 subsequent TMl-1 submittals. A copy of the Contracted Scope of Work which will support TMl-2 Materials Security Plan implementation was provided to the NRC in Reference 4.
This submittal supplements Reference 1. Attachment 1 provides TMl-2 Solutions' responses to questions communicated by the NRC Technical Reviewer on 29 June 2022. Attachment 2 is a supplemented version of the 10 CFR 73.67/Part 37 comparative analysis matrix provided in Attachment 2 from Reference 1 that addresses the items discussed with the NRC.
Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter contain Security-Related Information. TMl-2 Solutions requests that Attachments 1 and 2 be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390.
This letter may be declassified upon removal of Attachments 1 and 2.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91 (7)(b)(1 ), a copy of this submittal has been sent to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
There are no Regulatory Commitments contained in this letter.
