April 08, 2022 Mr. David P. Rhoades Senior Vice President Constellation Energy Generation, LLC President and Chief Nuclear Officer Constellation Nuclear 4300 Winfield Road Warrenville, IL 60555

SUBJECT:

PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3CORRECTION LETTER TO MODIFICATION TO SUBSEQUENT RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NOS. DPR-44 AND DPR-56 IN CONJUNCTION WITH COMMISSION MEMORANDUM AND ORDER CLI-22-04 (EPID L-2018-RNW-0012)

Dear Mr. Rhoades:

By letter dated March 25, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22073A193), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission) modified the expiration dates for Subsequent Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-44 and DPR-56 for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (Peach Bottom),

Units 2 and 3, to reflect the end dates of the previous renewed licenses, August 8, 2033, and July 2, 2034, respectively. The modification of the licenses expiration dates was in response to the Commissions February 24, 2022, Memorandum and Order CLI-22-02 (ADAMS Accession No. ML22055A496).

Following the issuance of the March 25, 2022, letter, administrative errors were identified on revised license pages for Peach Bottom, Units 2 and 3. The NRC staff has updated those license pages for Peach Bottom, Units 2 and 3 to include the company name (Constellation Energy Generation, LLC), the reference to the subsequent renewed license number and the latest amendment number at the bottom of each license page.

Enclosed please find corrected Peach Bottom, Units 2 and 3, license pages 16 and 15, respectively. The incorrect information was editorial in nature and does not affect the NRC staff licensing action.

If you have any questions, please contact me at 301-415-1474 or Jason.Paige@nrc.gov.

Sincerely,

/RA/

Jason C. Paige, Senior Project Manager Plant Licensing Branch 1 Division of Operating Reactor Licensing Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Docket Nos. 50-277 and 50-278
