Ladies and Gentlemen:

Pursuant to Condition 2.C.(23) of the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant (FNP) Unit 2 Renewed Facility Operating License NPF-8, which was issued per Reference 2, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) confirms that FNP Unit 2 license renewal commitments of Reference 1, required to be implemented no later than March 31, 2021 and prior to entry into the period of extended operation (PEO), are complete and can be verified by NRC inspection.
