Dear Mr. Irish:
By letter dated December 14, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML21014A351), Terrestrial Energy USA (TEUSA), submitted a presentation titled Structure and Content of TEUSA SDA [Standard Design Approval]
Application, and a document titled Applicability Assessment - Comparison of Content Requirements of 52.137 and IMSR Core-unit. These proprietary documents were submitted to support a closed meeting with the NRC held on December 16, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML21036A335), to discuss an outline of the content and structure that TEUSA envisions for its future SDA application. The NRC staff is providing feedback on the information provided by TEUSA in these documents. The proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the document containing NRC staffs feedback are in Enclosures 1 and 2, respectively.
