SUMMARY
OF DECEMBER 16, 2020, CLOSED MEETING TO DISCUSS OUTLINE OF THE CONTENT AND STRUCTURE OF TERRESTRIALS PLANNED STANDARD DESIGN APPROVAL APPLICATION On December 16, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS Accession No. ML20345A340), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a closed meeting, to discuss an outline of the content and structure that Terrestrial Energy USA (TEUSA) envisions for its future standard design approval application. In addition, TEUSA also discussed their assessment on applicability of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 52.137 for its planned Standard Design Approval application. TEUSA submitted proprietary material in support this closed meeting in a letter dated December 14, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML21014A351, non-public). The enclosure to this meeting summary contains the list of attendees to this meeting.
