ln accordance with the Department's letter dated March 7, 2019, the following summary of manifests is provided as a record of the soj] remediation performed on HF Spiking Station #2. All of the soil removed during the remediation of the spiking station was transported by Hittman Transport Services and received by Energy Solutions, LLC Disposal Site in Clive Utah.
