Dear Ms. Joyner,

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (Department) has reviewed the referenced assessment report. The following comments were generated from this review:

1. The disposal soil manifest needs to be submitted to the Department once the task it completed.

2. Based on the March 7, 2019 meeting, the Department approves the backfilling of the excavated area with Flow-fill.
