'TELECON - TED GILBERT AND ROBERT MARSH 3/6/87 F01A REQUEST'FOR ATTACHED DOCUMENT The rierits of closing the investigation'5-84-008, Transamerica Delaval,. for lack of resources were discussed by Gilbert and Marsh. Reservations' were expressed for closing even thouch the case'was not currently being worked and could not receive any investigation as ~ a low priority due- to the assigred case agent being totally dedicated to TVA. investigations in support,of l Region II.
It was decided to keep the case open with the' intent L to work towerds resolution ~ as soon as resources were Javailable. All F01A releases would be in accordance with the matter being an c. pen. investigation.
