CLOSURE OF REQUEST FOIA-88-490 Upon preparation of the final response to this request, Mrs. Connie Pappas' telephoned the requester's office to inform the requester of the total number of pages subject to the request and to confirm his previous agreement to pay fees. She was informed by staff of the Blade-Tribune that the requester is no lenger employed at this organization. They further stated that they are urwilling to pay fees and that we may close our files on this FOIA request.
The remaining records subject to the request are addressed on the attached appendices V,'W, and X.
Copies of the records identified on Appendix V and portions of the records identified on Appendix W are being placed into the PDR with this memorandum.
