AMENDMENT NO.102 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO, DPR-6:
(TAC NOS. 59800, 65882, 69326, 69526 AND 69537)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.102 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated February 6, 1987, and supplemented by letters dated July 23, 1987, September 8, and 21, 1988, and April 12, and December 21, 1989.
The proposed amendment:
(1) Delete organizational charts, Figure 6.2-1 and 6.2-2 and indicate where those figures are maintained according to Generic Letter 83-06.
Augment Section 10, subsection 6.0 to incorporate responsibilities of the key-positions, change " Plant Superintendent" to " Plant Manager" and make other minor changes to ensure that requirements for off-site and on-site organizations are adequately described (TAC'No. 69326),
(2) Correct editorial and typographical errors, capitalize defined terms consistent with the practice in the Standard Technical Specifications, correct references to the Code of Federal Regulations, correct titles of senior on-site managers and other organizational elements, delete the-specification associated with equipment qualification of electrical equipment, delete subsection 6.9.2.2.B " Environmental Monitoring" because of duplicate reporting requirements, clarify the statement regarding the overlap between the source range and power range monitors and to correct an amendment 91 error which indicated incorrectly that period recorders existed.
(3) Make administrative editorial corrections in various subsections, capitalize defined terms consistent with the practice in the Standard Technical Specifications, correct an Amendment 91 oversight by changing "CIC picoammeters" to " power range monitor" (TAC No. 69537).
(4) Correct typographical errors on page 10-8 and 10-12 missed in amendment

The proposed amendment also remedies an omission in a previous amendment.
It corrects references to alternate shutdown battery, weekly verification, and typographical errors.
These changes are administrative in nature.
They were previously noticed but were inadvertently omitted when Amendment 97 was issued.
