The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment flo.70 to Facility Operating
' License No. DPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment' consists of changes to the license in respo_nse to your application dated January 13, 1989.
The amendment changes the amount of radioactive materials.)ou may possess for purpose of sample analysis or instrument calibration. The change also updates the format of the entire license.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation is enclosed. The Notice of Issuance'will be included in the. Commission's next biweekly Federal Register notice.
