REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE IX RESPONDING TO ADDITIONAL SEABROOK QJESTIONS In a letter to Commissioner Asselstine of the NRC dated February 19,1986, Mr.
Herbert S. Moyer of Exeter, New Hampshire, listed four questions related to emergency planning issues at the Seabrook Station. These questions were in addition to questions listed in an earlier letter from Mr. Moyer dated December 29, 1985. We have concluded that the questions in Mr. Moyer's second letter all involve matters related to offsite emergency preparedness. We there-fore request that FEMA respond directly to Mr. Moyer conceming the questions raised in his February 19, 1986 letter.
(Your assistance in responding to two questions in Mr. Moyer's first letter was requested by my memorandum of February 24,1986.)-
We huve enclosed Mr. Moyer's February 19, 1986 letter and the NRC staff response dated March 10, 1986 for your infonnation. Please provide us a copy of your correspondence to Mr. Moyer when issued.
