SEABROOK EXERCISE - February 26, 1986 Region I will participate in the Seabrook emergency exercise on j

February 26, 1986. You have been designated to participate as a member of the NRC response team. Procedures describing the tasks for the l

positions to which you are assigned will be distributed shortly.

A Regional training session will be held on February 19, 1986 at 10:00

in the Park Avenue main conference room. Representatives from the j

Ceabrook station will be in the Regional office on February 20 at 8:30 l

o.m.to discuss their emergency organization, facilities and I

procedures. Regional participation in the exercise will begin at approximately 8:00 a.m.

on Wednesday February 26, 1986 and continue until approximately 4:30 p.m.

The Site Team will travel to New Hampshire on Tuesday in order to be

repositioned f or the exercise. Individuals should make their own travel arrangements.

A block of rooms %has been reserved at the l

Hampton Motor Inn (603-926-6771) for $37.00 plus 7% tax f or the ovenings of February 25 and 26.

Each individual must confirm their own room.

Seabrook is an actual expense area of $60.00.

The trip number f or your travel orders i s 086-23.

1 Base Team members should report to work prior to 8:00 a.m.

on Wednesday, February 26. Individual arrangements for lunch should be made.
