CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED JULY 17, 1987 By letter dated July 17, 1987, TUEC submitted an application to amend License No. SNM-1912 to extend the expiration date, to modify position and group titles, and to revise specifics concerning portable radiation survey j
instruments. These changes are either organizational or administrative in nature and will not effect the public health and safety or the environment.
Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(10), neither an Er<vironmental Impact Statement nor an Environmental Assessment is warranted for this action.
