Shearon Harris Nuclear Plant and allegations.NRC personnel have not acted upon similar concerns previously brought to their attention. The package l is being provided to each of you by means of this note for appropriate action.

In the Order, the Licensing Board Chairman states that in response to i the author's request that the letter be kept confidential, he will defer  ;

placing the letter in the NPC oublic document room until January 24, '

1986. to provide an opportunity for objections by any party to making l the letter publicly available. Please advise my office no later than 1 January 21, 1986 if you wish for the staff to file an objection to the letter being placed in the public document room at this time.
