" Commission"),
Duquesne Light Company l
("DLC"),
holder of Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that l
the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that license be amended to revise the reactor coolant system pressure isolation valve specification 3.4.6.3 to reflect the commitments stated in our response to Generic Letter 87-06 dated June 10, 1987.
The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attachment A
and a
safety analysis is provided in Attachment B to this Application.
A No Significant Hazard Evaluation is set forth in Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant I
hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
I WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to Operating License No.
DPR-66 be amended in the form attached hereto I
as Attachment A.
