This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by M Dev of this of fice

on June 29 - July 2,1987, of activities authorized by NRC License-No. DPR-16
and to the discussions of our findings held by M. Dev with Mr. P. Fiedler at
the conclusion of the inspection.

was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements, as set forth in the
