Th'e Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.135 'to Facility.0perating License No. NPF-1 for the. Trojan'_ Nuclear-Plant..The amendment consists of changes to thel Technical Specifications in response to your application (LCA 156) dated April' 29,,1987.
The amendment revises Section 6, Administrative Controls, of the Trojan-Technical Specifications regarding the review and approval of temporary changes to procedures; and corrects typographical ~ errors.
A copy.of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance
- will be included.in the Commission's next. regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
