Dear Mr. Stuart:

The referenced letter transmitted, for NRC staff review, a draft copy of the subject topical report. We have reviewed the proposed topical report and have determined that it has the scope and technical depth to make it acceptable for review under our licensing topical report program. However, to facilitate our review, we suggest that the computer codes described in the proposed report, as well as in other GE reports, be designated with appropriate titles for ease of reference.  ;
