REVISED STEAM GENERATOR TUBE RUPTURE ANALYSIS - BYRON STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2, AND BRAIDWOOD STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 (TAC NOS. M97315, M97316, M97317 AND M97318)
Dear Mr. Kingsley:
On January 28,1998, the NRC issued a Safety Evaluation (SE) documenting our review of the revised steam generator tube rupture (SGTR) analysis for Byron, Unit 1, and Braidwood, Unit 1.
Subsequently, during discussions with the Commonwealth Edison Company staff, several errors or inconsistencies were identified in the SE. Enclosed are the corrected pages which are to be inserted into the SE. Changes are noted by the bars in the margin. We apologize for any inconvenience that these changes may have caused.
Our evaluation of the SGTR analysis for Byron; Unit 2, and Braidwood, Unit 2, will be issued by a
