LESSONS LEARNED GROUP (LLG)
We concur in the-draft memorandum, Lessons Learned Group (LLG), sub.iect to the incorporation of the followino comments:
1 1.
An AEOD staff person should be a member of the LLG. Membership for AE00 is appropriate because of AE0D's charter to analyze and evaluate operational data, as well as the assignment tn AEOD of the responsibility for defining and administering the NRC's Incident Investigation Program.
The AE0D member of -the LLG is Kathleen Black.
2.
Item 1, " Steps that NRC...," appears to be an appropriate item for the LLG to consider. AE00 believes some clarification of the statement is desira.ble to indicate that the group is to consider steps at all facilities where a similar event could occur. We believe that an "and" has been omitted from the item as typed, i.e., "...from a licensing and inspection and enforcement standpoint."
