BULGE OF UF CYLINDER, APRIL 19, 19d5, CANADA 6

Attached is an unusual occurrence report this office received from the Canadian Atomic Energy Control Board (AECB) describing the bulge of a UFa cylinder that occurred on April 19, 1935 conversion facility located in Port Hope, Canada. This information was provided in response to IP's question to the Canadians relating to any cylinjer.

Both similar occurrences to the January 4,1986 rupture of a UF6 the' Canadian and U.S. cylinders were owned by the Eldorado facility in Canada, but they were manufactured by different companies.
