6. 'Re ords for the shipment dates indicated were not maintained, but a request was made to Tri-State requesting this irtformation.

In the future all such data vill be requested and maintained on file.

In order to provid5 additional assurance that the above items and other requirements for shipping these nuclear materials are completed, a pro-cedure and check list will be prepared.

This will be complete by April 15, 1975 In reference to the specific deviations sent to Tri-State by you, we will request a copy of their response to you and follow-up with them to determine proper compliance in their response.
