OUTSTANDING ALLEGATIONS PERTAINING TO DIABLO CANYON At the time of full power licensing of Diablo Canyon Unit 2, the Comission was infornied that our review of non-01 issues would be completed and an SER issued in November,1985. Currently, the only unresolved allegations are those assigned to NRR and 01.

I understand that your people are now working on this; however, I recommend you provide them some encouragement so an close this matter out.
