contained in Appendix A for those Licen se s. Specifically Consolidated Edison requests that Indian Point Unit No. 1 Technical Specification 3.1 and Indian Point Unit No. 2 Technical Specification 6.2.1, 6.2.2 and 6.5.1.2 be revised to incorporate changes in the Facility Organization structure and consequent title changes to members of the Station Nuclear Safety Committee.

This assessment demonstrates that the proposed changes do not represent a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92(c) and will not cau se any change in the types of cr an increa se in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility.
