r APPLICATION FOR AMENINENT TO PROVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the Regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission
("NRC"),
Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
(',' Consolidated Edison"), as holder of Provisional Operating License No.
DPR-5, hereby applies for amendment of the Technical Specifications
. contained in Appendix A to that License.
Specifically, it is requested that technical specification 3.2.6 be deleted from page 3 and a new Section 4.1.7 he added to page 6 in order to ensure that the requirements for radiation protection are uniform for Units No. 1 and No. 2.
The specific proposed Technical Specification revision is set forth in Attachment A to this Application.
