Attached to this n2:3randu:a are the tentative agsnda, a table of the technical issues with the nadas of the associcted :'RC contractors and others with responsibilities for the:a, and a copy of the namorandt::a from the iiRC Executive Director for Cperations which sets certain grcund rules for the !2C/IDCOR interaction, especially in this technical area.'

The agenda has allocated e::actly the same time to each of the six technical issues by each party. As presentation plans are cado firm please notify ne of any desire to shorten or lengthen your presentations so that I can refine the schedule before the meeting.

The presentations are expected to focus on the pertinent phencnena 'and the way they are :.cdelled.
