An August'25, 1986 application for NRC approval of exemptions to Appendix R.'
2.
A September 3,1986 application for approval of the Core Spray Sparger Inspection Report for restart from the Cycle 11 refueling outage.
Fees required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not remitted with your appli-cations. Therefore, it is requested that your Corporation remit to us the application fees of.$300 for your August 25 and September 3,1986 requests. -Your Corporation will be billed for any additional costs for
