PEER REVIEW GROUP REPORT (DP0 86-04)
In response to your memorandum of September 15, 1986 the peer review group convened at the Technical Training Center during the period of October 21-23, 1986 for the purpose of evaluating Differing Professional Opinion (DPO) 86-04 pursuant to NRC Manual Chapter - 4125.
The enclosed report provides documentation of the independent review, eval _uation and resulting comments on the substance of the DP0 issues.
Submittal of this report completes the peer review group activities.
By copy of this report the DP0 originator is also appraised of the peer review groups actions and findings.
