This report was developed by Duke Power Company for the McGuire Nuclear Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2 and the Catawba Nuclear Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2. This report is subject to the fee provisions of 10 CFR 170.21LJ.4 of the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170. Therefore, your Company is requested to remit the $150 application fee for your August 28 submittal. Your Company will be billed for any additional review costs for the review of the report in accordance with 170.12(c) and 170.21.
