The Office of Information Resources Management has reviewed the subject rulemaking plan and concurs in it. However, it appears that the rule will affect information collections oy  ;

However, the plan suggests changes in information collection requirements that must i be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget at the same time the rule is forwarded to the Federal Reaister for publication."

In addition, under " Supporting Documents Needed," indicate that an OMB clearance package

.will be prepared for this rulemaking, and under " Schedule," indicate that the OMB clearance package will be submitted to OMB at the same time the proposed rule is forwarded to the Federal Reaister for publication.
