SUBJECT:
TRAINING FOR INFREQUENT, CRITICAL, AND DIFFICULT TASKS Our letter of October 29, 1985 requested additional information relating to certain aspects of the Course of Action. Question 29 related to training for infrequent, critical, and difficult tasks. Toledo Edison Company responded on 16, 1985 (No. 1208), however, training (No. 1242) the training November programs for these tasks were still under development. On February 26, 1986 programs were submitted.
The staff has reviewed the material submitted and has proposed the enclosed Safety Evaluation Report with recommendations and conclusions. This completes our review of the Toledo Edison Company's response to Question 29 of an October 29, 1985 letter.
