Enclosed is Omaha Public Power District's " Application for Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend Sections 2 and 4 of the Technical Specifications as set forth in Appendix A to that license.
OPPD requests prompt consideration be given this Application and an approval be issued by February, 1987 as it could affect our 1987 outage plans.
Also attached pursuant to 10 CFR sl70.21 is a check for the application fee of
$150.00.
