EButcher The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.103to Facility Operating License No. OPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No. 1.

This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated January 8, 1987.

The amendment modifies the refueling boron concentration from at least 1700 parts _per million (ppm) to at least 1800 ppm.

A cop, of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.

The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
