SUBMOT: TRANSFER OF DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL OPINION CASE FILE, SUBJECT, NONDESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION OF WELDS (DPO-99-2)
Attached is the official case file for Differing Professional Opinion (DPO), DPO-99-2, Nondestructive Examination of Welds, for disposition in accordance with the provisions of NRC Management Directive 10.159, Differing Professional Views or Opinions.
Also, in accordance with the July 17,1999, discussions among you, Mary Jean Pool, and David Woodend, and as appropriate, please handle the disposition of the enclosed documents in accordance with the guidance contained in the July 15,1999, memorandum to me from i Russell A Powell, subject, Differing Professional Opinion From Ron Parkhill(DPO-99-2),
including placing the records behind Tab A directly in the PDR, and NUDOCS, as appropriate. !
