I am enclosing a summary of actions taken by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in response to recom-mendations concerning the NRC which were in reports issued by the Comptroller General. This summary is required by Section 236 of Public Law 91-510, the " Legislative Reorganization Act of 1970."
