OFFICE REVIEW AND CONCURRENCE ON A PROPOSE RULE - ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR DECOMMISSIONING NUCLEAR POWER REACTORS The Office of State Programs (OSP) has reviewed the subject proposed rule and concurs, Spiros Droggitis of my staff has discussed and provided comments to Robert Wood of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) on the draft Commission paper and the draft Federal Realster notice. These comments will be incorporated into the comments provided by NRR.
