ALLEGATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM As requested in your November 1,1984 memorandum, same subject as above, Region IV has reviewed the " Requirements Statement for the ADP Program," and the draft " Allegation Data Input Form." . .
ion IV concurs in the general form and co,ntent. Region IV has the following Reg'cific spe comments:

- A-field needs to be provided on the input form for entry of OI reports. The capability to sort allegations by cross reference to OI report numbers is strongly recommended.
o There appears to be no security for information input to the system.
In addition to confidentiality, any information that might compromi'se an ongoing inspection / investigation will not be put in this system.
For an ongoing 01 activity, there will be no identifying information, except for the investigation number.
