ALLEGATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM In the ADP Requirements Statement for the Allegation Management System, ,
item 11 under " General Requirements" should be modified to read "NRR and NMSS must be able to obtain management-type information from the data base."
On the Data Input Form, under item 7, " Source," either block b. should be modified to delete " contractor" or new block should be added so that there is a block to cher6 that will include "former licensee I empioyees."
