This letter is to advise the NRC that PSC will submit a formal Technical Specification amendment proposal by July 3, 1986, to revise I

LC0 4.1.9, Minimum Helium Flow and Maximum Core Region Temperature Rise.

PSC committed, in Reference 1, to submit this proposed amendment by i

i June 15, 1986.

However, resolution of NRC coninents that were discussed in a telephone conference on June 6, 1986 and approval of the amendment proposal by the Plant Operating Review Committee and Nuclear Facility Safety Committee require that this date be extended.
