Dear Mr. Wagner:

Attachec is a copy of a figure to replace Attachment 1 of the referenced letter. This figure is a variation of the figure that Messrs. Fuller and Novachek provided you with when they were in Arlington on November 14, 1983. Those portions of the one provided to you that were less conservative than the existing Figure 4.1.9-1 have been deleted, but in all other regards, this figure is the same.

As stated to you and Mr. Ireland at the said meeting, Public Service

figure until such time as a formal Technical Specification change to

We have been notified that the data package supporting GA Technologies' reanalysis of LC0 4.1.9 was mailed to us on November 23, 1983, and should arrive in today's mail.

No delay in the submittal of the LC0 4.1.9 amendment request is expected.
