During shutdown sprycillarice testing 14 of 24 main steam relief valves lifted at pressures in excess of the upper 11mit specified in the facility Technical S.pecifications. It is believed that the valves would have been able to provide their intended safety -
function, however, evaluation is incomplete at this tin.e. NRR has the lead. Walt Paulsen verified he has received it and is
