4 FYI This is confirmation of a message'. Following the conference call, Aaron Padgett called me and told me that he had left the following message on your phone:

He is meeting with the RSO at R.J. Reynolds, Mr. Beasey, to understand better the workings of the Haney gauges which are leaking. Aaron believed since NRC licenses the imports of such devices, NRC would like to learn more about them and could accompany him at the tutorial. :This would be subject to Mr. Beasey's approval.

Aaron also said that they are pleased with the results of the conference call and are awaiting NRC action to get Troxler's plan now that NC' determined officially that the Troxler information is proprietary.
